Here's Manhattan...where the rich and famous hang out and SHOP, SHOP, SHOP...all along the famous Fifth Avenue! If you have to ask what each sells, you can't afford it!
It was a lovely, Sabbath Day in Manhattan and Sisters Kathy Thomas, Janice Wilson and myself decided to take a leisurely walk around the city after Church and before we broke our fast. BAD IDEA! The New York Marathon, 50,000 runners from all over the planet descended on the city and Central Park, 1 block away from our 'home.' What you see below are the last stragglers who merely wished to proclaim "they did it." See a few photos below...

Lots of pushing and shoving and congestion as all the streets within 1/2 mile were blocked off to cars, taxis, buses, etc. All were pedestrians attempting to get home. |

That's the intersection of Columbus Circle (Christopher Columbus monolith), Broadway and Amsterdam.
