Checked into the Radisson Hotel last night and prepared to spend a memorable Sabbath on Temple Square. Attended the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Broadcast on Temple Square and then joined Ferris and Leigh Ellen Kent at their home ward in the Joseph Smith Memorial Bldg; afterwards, Leigh Ellen prepared a divine summer feast of fresh vegetables, dip, tomato/cucumber salad, chicken and potato salads, croissants finished with ice cream (of course) and homemade cookies. Thank you, dear friends, for hosting and rolling out the welcome and farewell mat! We became dear friends after working with them at the Church Office Bldg spanning the past five years. They are outstanding and exemplary missionaries and friends.

Attended church without a tie--buried in 1/4 suitcases somewhere...oh well...
